Access Requeriments

The general requirements for access to any kind of doctoral studies can be found in Real Decreto 99/2011 de 28 de enero, por el que se regulan las enseñanzas oficiales de doctorado.

Specifically, at the Universidad de Cádiz, article 11 of Reglamento UCA/CG06/2012, de 27 de junio de 2012, por el que se regula la ordenación de los estudios de doctorado en la Universidad de Cádiz, the reading of which is strongly recommended.

 

The specific requirements for access to the Doctoral Program in Law at the Universidad de Cádiz are to be in possession of:

 

  1. The degree of Bachelor of Law or
  2. From the title of Graduate in Law plus an official university Master’s degree in legal matters.

 

By way of example, the following UCA master’s degrees allow access to this doctoral program:

  • Máster Interuniversitario en Cultura de Paz, Conflictos, Educación y Derechos Humanos
  • Máster Universitario en Abogacía
  • Máster Interuniversitario en Estudios de Género, Identidades y Ciudadanía
  • Máster Universitario en Dirección de los Recursos Humanos
  • Máster Universitario en Gestión y Administración Pública
  • Máster Universitario en Mediación
  • Máster Universitario en Sistema Penal y Criminalidad
